How is PRYYNT different?
PRYYNT is the only in-app and on-site photo printing service that offers its Partners a total solution. Our free mobile SDK and Web Widget can be integrated easily to deliver a minimum 30%* revenue share to you with zero friction. We provide a fully managed in-app shop front and a global printing network that delivers quality printed products worldwide. And we provide full customer support so you don't have to.
Is there any set-up charge for PRYYNT?
No, PRYYNT is completely free of charge and we don’t tie you down to any fixed period contract.
Are there any marketing obligations once we've integrated PRYYNT?
There are no markting obligations at all. However, if you wish to get the most from the PRYYNT Service we would advise that you place the PRYYNT button in a prominent position and promote PRYYNT to your users regularly using notifications and other marketing activities. We can advise you further about marketing.

Who handles customer service and support?

2. Integration & Setup
What do I need before I can integrate PRYYNT into my app or website?
It's insanely simple. Our free mobile SDK can be integrated in less than an hour and our Web Widget in seconds!! You can be offering printed products within an hour. We are here to help make your onboarding process easy and quick. Just register and download our SDK or Web Widget to get started.
Can I still use PRYYNT if I don't have a programmer?
It’s easy to integrate PRYYNT into your mobile application or website but you will need some programming knowledge. Please contact support@pryynt.com if you need help.
Do I need a shipping account?
No. We ship all products under our accounts with the leading global carriers. You have nothing to do.
What photo sources can users upload for printing?
Your users can upload images from your mobile application or website as well as from their device via your app or website.
What if my users want to print copyrighted images?
PRYYNT does not assume any responsibility or liability for breach of copyrighted images by your users. This is made clear in our Customer Terms of Use, which users must accept when placing their Print Orders. We recommend that copyright use restrictions are also made clear on your app or website if you do not already do so. Where any abuse of 3rd party copyright is reported to PRYYNT we will block the offending users account. Please refer to our Partner Terms of Use.
How is file size and image resolution managed by PRYYNT?
The quality of the image uploaded by the user will ultimately determine the quality of the print they receive. With this in mind, we try to help users upload the best quality image available by having set minimum parameters to prevent uploading of an image that may be too low quality for the size product that the user wishes to purchase. Basically, when users upload, PRYYNT will do its best to indicate if the image is good or not.
Can we mention the PRYYNT Service in our iOS app description?
Yes you can mention the PRYYNT Service in your app desription; many of our Partners have done so.
Can we offer the PRYYNT Service on our iOS app under the terms of Apple's in-app purchase rules relating to revenue sharing?
Yes. PRYYNT isn't classified as an in-app purchase within Apple as the user is directed to PRYYNT's User Interface. PRYYNT doesn't violate any of Apple's rules and has been approved by Apple for integration in many iOS apps.
3. Revenue Sharing
Where can I view orders and accounts statements?
We provide an admin panel on our Partner Portal that offers full reporting and export features.
How do I see my Payment Share?
Your Payment Share is shown for each Print Order in your “Order History” section on our Partner Portal. You can see your Payment Share and any orders from your app/website by logging in to you account at pryynt.com.
How do I get paid?
PRYYNT will pay you your Payment Share monthly, no later than the last day of the month following the month in which the relevant Print Orders were received by PRYYNT.
Can I mark-up the Standard Price if I want a higher Payment Share?
Yes! You can mark up the pricing in the products area when setting up your account. It’s easy to set the retail price that you want your users to pay for each of our products. Most of Partners use our Standard Price, which is competitive and most likely to drive higher volumes. You can add your own additional mark-up to the Standard Price for any product very easily in our Partner Portal. We pay you 100% of anything you mark up over our Standard Price. What currency does PRYYNT use to pay my Payment Share?
We will pay your Payment Share to the Bank Account you specify in US Dollars. Where payments for Print Orders are received by PRYYNT in currencies other than US Dollars PRYYNT will convert your Payment Share into US Dollars prior to making each payout of the Payment Share. You may also specify additional Bank Accounts denominated in Euros or GB Pounds Sterling to receive Payment Share in those currencies from Print Orders received by PRYYNT respectively in each of those currencies.

What is the retail price?
The retail price for PRYYNT products will be notified to you by PRYYNT. This is our Standard Price which includes a Payment Share for you our Partner and which may be increased by you by adding a Price Uplift when setting your pricing parameters in the Partner Portal. For more details please refer to our Partner Terms of Use.
Can I order sample products?
Yes, we can mail you a sample of any of our products upon request. Just register here and request a sample be email.
Are PRYYNT products eco-friendly?
Wherever possible, we try to use products that are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable and we use printers who are registered with the Forest Stewardship Council.
How are PRYYNT products packaged?
We package each item according to its nature and dimensions. Greetings cards are sent in envelopes. Posters are packaged in protective cardboard tubes boxes while CanvasLite products are packed in corrugated boxes. Postcards are not packaged.
5. Orders, Shipping & Support
How long does it take to process PRYYNT Orders?
We normally processes orders within 24 hours of Users placing their orders. Delivery times will vary depending on the country of delivery. Please see our products page for more info.
How are payments for orders accepted by PRYYNT?
Users can make payment for their orders using Visa or MasterCard credit cards which are processed securely.
What currencies can Users pay with?
Users can choose to pay for their Print Orders in one of three currencies (US Dollars, Euros or GB Pounds Sterling). We'll automatically convert our prices to show the correct price in all three currencies based on the exchange rate from public-facing APIs.
Why do some order transactions fail?
The payments platform provider may sometimes decline an order transaction from a User. This can be for several reasons, including:
- Insufficient funds in the User’s account
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
- Technical issues with the credit card issuer when the order was processed
- Fraud prevention measures
Do all orders offer delivery tracking?
Only orders for CanvasLite products will have a tracking number as well as a link where your Users can follow up on the status of their order. Tracking numbers for CanvasLite products will be included in the order confirmation emails that we send to Users.
Does packaging include any branding?
Normally all packaging will be branded with the PRYYNT logo and livery so users can recognise their deliveries and contact PRYYNT directly in the event they have a support query.
Can PRYYNT orders be cancelled or changed?
Due to the individual nature of each printed product and because orders are often processed immediately, Print Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the user has placed the order.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
We do. Shipments to certain countries may incur customs fees or duties. These fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. These duties are paid to appropriate customs agency by PRYYNT in each country.
What if the recipient's address was wrong?
If the recipient's address was wrong the mail company will usually send the package back to our return address.
What if the product is damaged or lost in the mail?
If a sent order is damaged or lost in the mail we'll make it and send it again.
